Due to the perishable nature of our products, Imperia Caviar cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. We are committed to your satisfaction and will provide a replacement or refund for any orders that arrive damaged or do not meet our stringent quality standards.
Inspect Upon Arrival
Please examine your caviar immediately upon delivery to ensure the vacuum seal is intact and the product is chilled to the appropriate temperature.
Document Issues
If you notice any damage to the packaging or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of receipt.

Email our support team with your order number and photo evidence to initiate a claim for a replacement or store credit.
Safe Disposal
Once your claim is processed, you do not need to ship the perishable goods back to us; please dispose of the compromised product safely.
